I’ve decided to start a new diet and exercise program (mainly to get ready for Disney World . . . 27 days!!!) . . . and I need your help. So, in order to be accountable for what I’m eating and more importantly how much I’m walking, I’m posting it on here under the “diet and exercise” label. Yell and scream when I cheat; affirm me when I do right . . . and we’ll keep track right here together.
